Madame Tussauds London has unveiled its latest creation: a wax figure of British songbird Adele.
Adele's wax likeness has her -- where else? -- standing in front of a microphone looking quite serious and dressed in her signature black. It's a recreation of her 2012 Grammys look when she both performed and collected a bunch of awards. The dress is a Clements Ribeiro design.
The model captures the award-winning singer during her iconic performance at last year's Grammy Awards.
And with a serene expression and expressive hand gesture, it is the spitting image of the soulful songstress during one of her hits.
The model was unveiled yesterday in Madame Tussauds' Danish sister venue and will be joining models of Beyoncé, Rihanna and Amy Winehouse.
It captures the singer as she appeared at the 2012 Grammy Awards where she won an incredible six awards. Adele's Grammys look, including a lacy black dress, silver nails and Sixties-style hair, was clearly an iconic one.
